Snowflakes in June

Moray Eels frighten me, but I wasn't the least bit intimidated by the two Snowflake Eels I saw on my ocean swim this morning. Then I discovered (via Wikipedia) that they are actually Snowflake Moray Eels. Hmmmm. Maybe I need to begin keeping a more respectful distance. They were both hunting on Seahorse turf, I hope the Seahorses are okay (I searched but couldn't find any).

  1. Do you color correct your underwater photos to get rid of the blue cast?

  2. Yes, Janet, I shoot in RAW mode and set the white balance after the fact.
