I took these two photos a few minutes apart from different locations along the Kihei shore.
The black & white version emphasizes how dark and threatening the rain clouds were, but the color version more accurately reflects the hot and hazy conditions of the day as it was away from the clouds.
Both are perfectly valid in their own ways.
I love the creativity and simplicity of this. And it's a metaphor for life, too. It all depends on your point of view and attitude! Thanks, Don.
